Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DT Legal Group website (https://thedtlegalgroup.com) and mobile application (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
DT Legal Group provides an online platform and mobile application that allows users to: browse information about our legal services, book appointments with our legal professionals, view appointment information, and communicate with our team regarding legal consultations. The Service is designed to facilitate appointment booking and does not constitute legal advice until you have formally engaged our legal services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To book appointments, you may need to provide personal information including your name, email, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When you book an appointment through our Service, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information, attend scheduled appointments or provide reasonable notice of cancellation, pay applicable consultation fees, and comply with our office policies and procedures. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.
Consultation fees are displayed during the booking process. All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Refund policies are subject to our cancellation terms.
You may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full consultation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
The information provided through our Service is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed until you have formally engaged our services through a written agreement. Legal advice will only be provided during scheduled consultations with our licensed attorneys.
We maintain strict confidentiality standards in accordance with UAE legal professional ethics. Information shared during consultations is protected by attorney-client privilege. However, information submitted through the booking process before formal engagement may not be subject to the same level of protection.
All content on our Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DT Legal Group or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose, impersonate any person or entity, interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmit viruses or malicious code, or harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Our Service may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, calendar systems, and communication platforms. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, DT Legal Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DT Legal Group, its attorneys, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with UAE law. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator or court.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DT Legal Group regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of DT Legal Group.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.
All notices under these Terms shall be in writing and delivered by email to info@thedtlegalgroup.com or by mail to our office address at Supreme Court Complex, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai, UAE. Notices shall be deemed received when delivered by email or three business days after mailing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
